I’m a 36-year-old (already?) outdoor fanatic with three badass snuggly cats, Bishop (“Bish”), Ernest (“Tiny”), and Merlin (“Merlin”), a lovely wife named Emily Grace, and a beautiful daughter named Vesper. I grew up in the foothills of the Appalachians in South Carolina, moved to Savannah to study design and complete my BFA and MA in design at SCAD, and then headed to NYC to pursue my career in design. After moving from NYC to Charlotte for a few years, I have found a new home in Portland OR. I am a drummer at heart, but I'm obsessed with piano; I prefer a good root beer over almost any other drink, and you can't convince me Sopranos isn't the best show of all time.
